In addition to making your dental experience comfortable, we work very hard to make financing comfortable! We are committed to help you get the smile you want. We want to partner with you, so that you can get the treatment you deserve. Payment is expected at time of service. We will process all of your insurance benefits. Our accounting requires us to charge an additional billing fee of $5.00/month on all unpaid balances. The Dr. dislikes this so much that he has researched interest free and other financing options. Having teeth that look good, feel good and last a long time is so important to Dr. Howard that he is willing to pay the interest for you. In response to our patients request we have come up with several different options. Payment methods include: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, DFP, Wells Fargo.   DFP and Wells Fargo offer 3, 6, and 12 month interest free payment plans (the Dr. pays the interest for you). DFP and Wells Fargo also have low interest payment plans that can be extended up to 5 years to help you fit the cost comfortably into your monthly budget. Minimum payment is copay at time of service. With multiple visit treatment you can pay ½ at time of initial treatment and then ½ at completion. Do you like to save money? See the courtesy saving below. Accounting courtesy savings available: 5% reduction for prepayment of treatment This is available if you pay 100% of the entire treatment balance before treatment begins. We will help you maximize all insurance benefits and the insurance company will pay you. 5% refund for completing treatment in a timely manner without cancellations If your treatment estimate is between $1800 and $3500.00 and you complete all treatment in 30 days without canceling or rescheduling any of your appointments, you qualify for a refund of 5% of the entire treatment estimate. If your treatment estimate is over $3500.00 and you complete all treatment in 60 days without canceling or rescheduling any of your appointments, you qualify for the same refund of 5% of the entire treatment estimate. To receive this courtesy refund, account must be paid in full by the time treatment is completed.
